ECUADOR ROAD CYCLING TOUR

FOLLOW THE ROUTES OF ECUADOR'S RICHARD CARAPAZ

  • A stunning road cycling trip in Ecuador’s Northern Andes. These routes have been used by many famous Ecuadorian cyclists, including Ricard Caparaz (winner of Giro d’Italia 2019 and Olympic gold medallist 2021)
  • 4 full days of spectacular road cycling action through a diversity of different landscapes, including snow-capped volcanoes, high altitude passes, Andean lakes, cloud forest, rolling agricultural hills and quintessential indigenous villages.
  • Follow the routes that Richard Carapaz used to train for races, and many other famous Ecuadorian cyclists still follow. We’ll even visit the now famous family home of Carapaz.
  • Non-cycling highlights include: Otavalo market – the best bargains and locally made handicrafts. Visit to a rose plantation – Ecuador is famed for it’s large and long-lasting roses. Experience local indigenous culture and traditions.
