Galaven MOTOR BOAT

What is this?

The Galaven is a relatively new yacht built in 2000 with a capacity for 20 passengers, this means that in a departure with more than 16 passengers there will be two Galapagos naturalist guides on board allowing for a more personalized trip. This Galapagos boat also has nice and spacious social areas especially the sun deck.

The itinerary is an alternating combination of the north/south islands one week, and the western islands the following week.

PAST CLIENTS Galaven YACHT FEEDBACK

“A very nice yacht at a decent price compared to some of the other Galapagos options we were investigating. A very enjoyable cruise” (Timothy & Grace Newell, Australia)

"We thought that everything was clean, the food was delicious (and plentiful), the guides were very skilled (as a scientist, it is nice to see things in reality I have learnt about). We were also very lucky with the animals that passed our way (no flamingo's though, i guess the guide forgot to book them ;-) ). So we don't really have any negative comments" (Lynn Verbeke)

" The crew of The Gallaven was great. The itinerary and accomodations were very good and the food was excellent and abundant. We had a great time (we don't get seasick). We will remember this great trip forever!!!" (Lisa Ramirez)

"Ooverall, we were very happy with the boat, the itinerary and the crew. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. The food was great, and the scenery unbeatable :) Our guide (Erick Ortiz) was knowledgeable & very nice, and our fellow cruisers were fun. Highlight of our trip: we got to see blue whales!!!" (Claudia Wierner)
